The Saudi Red Crescent Authority has launched the new version of the "Asifny" application to receive emergency service calls via smart phones as part of its efforts to provide the best emergency services in all regions of the Kingdom.
The application allows users to create a mobile message and call an emergency team, request assistance by sending a distress call, finding out the status of the communication and tracking the route. It also allows the emergency teams to infer the location of the amount. It also provides knowledge of the health facilities close to the user and the emergency numbers of relief agencies The possibility of establishing information about medical history.
The application also supports users of the deaf and dumb special needs category to submit communications by sending a distress message or requesting emergency service without having to make any call to the operating room.
