Within the framework of enhancing coordination and integration between entities, the Director General of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority branch in Asir Region, Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shahri, along with his team, met with the Director General of the Ministry of Health branch in Asir Region, Dr. Abdullah Qaddah.

During the meeting, the areas of partnership and cooperation between the two entities were reviewed, in addition to discussing the "Moath Project for Emergency Safety" within workplaces in the region.

An agreement was reached to commence training the employees of the Ministry of Health branch in Asir Region on basic emergency skills and the use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) devices, alongside securing dedicated emergency vehicle pathways within the facilities.

The meeting also covered several topics aimed at enhancing patient safety inside hospitals and during transportation, with the goal of improving the quality of services provided and ensuring rapid response in emergency cases.

This visit comes as part of a previously prepared strategic plan to begin implementing the project at the level of government entities in the region.
